EXPRESS DELIVERY – via Royal Mail Tracked 24 (usually delivers within 24 hours post despatch, including Saturdays) – £4.99

UK orders are delivered (by Royal Mail) between Monday to Saturday.

International shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Unless we advise otherwise, we use Royal Mail for UK domestic orders and DHL Deutsche Post for international orders.

It can sometimes take Royal Mail a bit longer to deliver to some areas, so please be patient!

Please note that orders placed after 13:45 (UK time) will be processed the next working day.

Orders placed after 13:45 (UK time) on Friday and over the weekend are despatched on the following Monday.

You will receive a despatch email when your order has been processed – if you have our App, then you’ll also get a notification there!

It may take us longer to despatch during busy periods – see ‘Peak Periods’.

Standard UK Shipping provides proof of delivery only.

Please upgrade to Express Delivery if you would like to track your order as it moves through the Royal Mail network.

International orders can be tracked via DHL Deutsche Post.
